Mr. Chandler is a Senior Environmental Consultant for the Jacksonville based Environmental Stewardship and Resiliency Service Group. He has over 38 years’ experience as a geologist conducting a variety of environmental investigations across the United States. His responsibilities include project management, technical, and quality assurance. Serving Federal, State, and private entities, he continually recognizes the importance of maintaining operating budgets by identifying cost-effective solutions, reducing capital impacts, and completing projects on schedule.
Mr. Chandler's expertise has successfully managed projects that help clients identify environmental aspects and comply with environmental regulations during project design and construction, develop and implement environmental management systems (ISO 14001/QS 9000), investigate soil and groundwater impacts, energy assessments, manage refrigerants and hazardous materials, and plan sustainable initiatives that reduce a client's environmental footprint.
