Bruce is a Senior Conservation Planner with ICF, a national leader for developing and implementing Habitat Conservation Plans (HCPs), performing environmental impact assessments, managing complex projects, engaging diverse stakeholders, and navigating multiple layers of regulation. With over 24 years of environmental consulting experience in Florida and the Southeast, Bruce provides expertise in Habitat Conservation Plans (HCPs) and Conservation Benefit Agreements (CBAs); federal and state listed species assessments and ESA section 7 consultations; regional conservation planning; environmental assessments, planning and permitting; and program/project management. He has managed diverse environmental projects, ecological studies, and soils investigations throughout Florida, the United States, and internationally.
