Responsible for staffing, contract and project management, direct client communications, preparation and review of project scopes, and fee estimation, contract negotiations, project execution, and regulatory reporting. Performed pre-demolition environmental compliance surveys at port facilities, wetlands and listed species surveys of coastal basin areas, assessment and remediation of RCRA metals, chlorinated solvent and petroleum impacts, due diligence studies, pre-qualification and permitting of construction dewatering actions, treatment of contaminated groundwater, site specific hydrology determinations, forensic analysis of facility operations, solid waste management unit (SWMU) assessments, environmental baseline assessments and coal combustion residual remediation projects.
