39th Environmental Permitting Summer School

Dr. Heilman has over 25 years of experience in research and management of Florida's aquatic ecosystems with focus on the management of aquatic invasive plants and water quality in the state's public lakes.   He is a past President of the national Aquatic Plant Management Society (APMS), a current Board member of the North American Invasive Species Management Association (NAISMA), and Certified Lake Manager (CLM) with the North American Lake Management Society (NALMS).
