Ahmed Hamed is a Senior Engineer with Geosyntec Consultants, specializing in stormwater management. He has extensive experience in developing and managing flood risk models and flood protection projects across rural and urban watersheds in Florida. Previously, Ahmed was a project manager at the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD), where he gained expertise in technical and funding programs, including watershed management plans and cooperative funding initiatives. Ahmed holds a Master's degree in Water Resource Engineering from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and an MBA from the University of South Florida (USF).
