39th Environmental Permitting Summer School

Dave is a graduate of University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has 23+ years of experience in water resource engineering. Dave has spent his entire career in public service at the SWFWMD. He currently serves as the ERP Bureau Chief, responsible for the oversight of the Environmental Resource Permit Program and Bureau. He also participates in statewide ERP rule development and coordination. Dave is a member of FES and ASCE and is a registered engineer in FL.
