39th Environmental Permitting Summer School

Environmental Services Section Manager for Hillsborough County Public Utilities. Environmental Services oversees compliance and permitting for the County’s Wastewater, Potable, Solid Waste and UIC facilities, as well as Industrial Pretreatment and Phosphate Mining land restoration. Mr. Greenwell has over 30 years of experience in environmental engineering and regulatory matters. Prior to his employment with Hillsborough County, he worked for the Department of Environmental Protection as the Water Facilities Administrator and the Waste Administrator in the Southwest District. He is a professional engineer and holds degrees in civil engineering and geology from Louisiana State University.
